How does the core charge work -

Orders for spindles that have a core charge require a refundable core charge of $125. The core charge is refunded with the return of the customers stock spindles. The core charge is in addition to the base price of the lift spindles. Refunds happen in two (2) different ways -

1 - If picking up lift spindles at shop -  the $125 will be refunded if stock spindles are exchanged and verified to be in good condition.

2 - Lift spindles are received in the mail - Once the customer receives their lift spindles in the mail, they have two (2) weeks to give OMF a tracking number of the shipped package containing the stock spindles. Once we receive the stock spindles we will verify that they are in good condition and mail a refund check of $125 back to the customer.

If the customer does not have stock spindles for the core or the spindles are not returned within the allotted time OMF will not refund the $125 core charge. At customer's option, items deemed not to be in good condition can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
